Please note that time is reserved for you and is treated like any other service appointment. Our consult fees are listed below, however the fee can be applied towards a wide range of services or retail products we offer within the same month. Strict Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy for consultations applies: If you cancel within 48-hours or do not show, the full $100 + hst fee will be charged for in-person/virtual consultation.

If you recently purchased products, completed a skin treatment and have questions, or need a skin routine refresher, please schedule a follow up. We do not complete follow up consultations via email, text or Instagram direct message. Follow Ups will be complementary the first 15 minutes. Every 15 minutes thereafter will be $25. If you do not show or cancel same day, the full $25 fee will be charged and is non-refundable & non-transferable to a new follow up appointment.

*Enzyme Therapy facials are NOT recommended for those with extreme claustrophobia.

If you have acne, rosacea, eczema, impaired skin barrier, or other inflammatory skin conditions, Enzyme Therapy Facials are a good starting point.
All enzyme facials (excluding body) includes 30-minutes of Celluma light therapy and light extractions (add-on additional time if you have congested skin and/or excessive blackheads). See our 'skin boosters' section for add-ons like dermaplaning, hydrabrasion, etc.

For optimal results, a series of weekly/bi-monthly/monthly Enzyme Therapy treatments can help a multitude of inflammatory skin conditions.

Chemicals peels are resurfacing acid solutions that address various skin conditions such as inflammatory acne, rosacea, melasma, sun damage, uneven skin tone, large pores, rough texture, fine lines & wrinkles, dull skin, and more. We carry various strengths of medical-grade chemical peels and the appropriate one will be chosen for you upon assessment.

Beginners new to chemical peels should begin with a Bespoke Intro Peel.

Consultation is required before commencing a series of Bespoke Corrective Peels.

Using a microchanneling device, a customized cocktail is infused into the skin at shallow depths to address superficial acne scars, oily skin, poor texture, uneven skin tone, dullness, dehydrated or dry skin, large pores, signs of aging, skin laxity, sun damage, and more. Can be performed before an event for instant glow as downtime is not expected. Treatment for face only. Add-on neck +$75, decollete +$75.

A series of 4 to 6 sessions, each 1-2 weeks apart. Post-Procedure kit is not required and not included.

Begins with cleansing, enzyme masque exfoliation, prescription-grade numbing with 15-minutes of celluma light therapy for increased comfort, cocktail microinfusion, and calmed with Epicutis Lipid Recovery FACE mask.

All microneedling treatments cover face. Option to add-on neck and/or decollete for additional cost -- see below or skin boosters pricing. Prescription-Grade numbing will be used to enhance your comfort. 20 minutes Celluma light therapy included during numbing. Zimmer, a cooling air device, can also be provided to enhance your comfort throughout your treatment. Each session includes Epicutis Lipid Recovery Mask for the face applied immediately after the procedure and 1 Epicutis post-procedure kit to take home.

We use the Lutronic Clarity platform with Alex 755 and ND Yag 1064 wavelengths that is safe for all skin types and hair types and can be performed year round. Please note white/gray and blonde hairs do not respond to laser.

Please shave treatment areas the night before. If unshaven, your appointment will not proceed and you will be charged the late-cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. We do not schedule extra time to accommodate shaving. PLEASE arrive shaven and make-up free. This will be in your appointment reminders as well.

The Lutronic Clarity dual wavelength (755nm alexandrite & 1064nm nd: yag) laser is capable of treating various skin conditions such as acne, broken capillaries/veins on the face or legs, facial flushing, brown spots, uneven skin tone, scars, red spots, skin laxity, large pores, warts, and more. Most treatments are suitable for all skin tones.

The Quanta Chrome utilizes a powerful Q-Switched 1064/532 nm Nd:YAG laser to perform over 50 different skin conditions such as acne, enlarged pores, dull skin, aging concerns like wrinkles and skin laxity, melasma, skin discolouration, dark spots, scars, redness, vein removal, tattoo removal, and more. We can now perform these treatments on all skin types with the Chrome!

Below, you can see both lasers can perform similar treatments and it will be at our discretion to select the laser platform at the time of your appointment.
