• All bookings including pre-paid services require a credit card on file to secure booking. Your card is not charged until the day of your appointment.
• We accept debit/credit/etransfer payments except cash.

❗️STRICT LATE CANCELLATION WITHIN 48-HOURS & NO-SHOW POLICY:

• Late cancellations/rescheduling within 48-hours will result in 50% non-refundable fee of service price and no-shows will result in 100% non-refundable fee of service price. The fees are non-transferrable to a new appointment.
• We send multiple reminders at 3 days, 2 days, and 24-hours before your appointment. Please ensure your email and phone number are accurate & marked to receive these reminders. Upon booking, please check your junk mail to make sure our emails are not directed there.

• Starting mid-March, we will have limited availability. Additionally the first 3 weeks of July will also have significant reduced availability during the week. We recommend pre-booking ahead your preferred day and time. We will try our best to accommodate when possible to ensure minimal to no interruption to your treatments.
